How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. Payment details are entered when you choose a plan to continue on.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What is shared patient access?
On Clinic and Max plans, every physio in the same clinic can view and manage each other's patients — useful for coverage, handovers, and multi-physio treatment plans.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll refund you in full.
